About the Role

The Health, Safety and Compliance Business Partners will be responsible for ensuring our workplace is safe, compliant with relevant regulations, and promoting a culture of health and safety across the organisation.

This role requires the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including Managers, Staff, Ministries, Auditors, Health and Safety Representatives and Committees, Unions, and others.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the Health, Safety and Quality Manager and advise on safety regulations
  • Conduct audits and develop policies to ensure compliance with legal standards
  • Deliver training and ensure that all operational activities are aligned with health and safety protocols
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in health and safety and/or compliance
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in health and safety and/or compliance fields
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and/or compliance standards
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
