Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and patient individual to join our team as a Face-to-Face Literacy Coach. As a coach, you will work one-on-one with adult learners who require support with reading and writing skills. Our coaching sessions typically last 30 minutes to an hour and can be held once or twice a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with adult learners to develop personalized learning plans
  • Select materials and activities to help learners achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with the student coach coordinator to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken English, reading, and writing skills
  • Reliable and patient personality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
