About the Role
The Hauraki District Council is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support its Project Management team in delivering projects that make a positive impact in the community. This role involves providing project management support, quality assurance, procedural audits, contract administration, budgetary reporting, and procurement services.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience working in a project office or local government environment. A Certificate Level 5 (1-2 year certificate / diploma) in a related field, along with exposure to PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, would be preferred but not essential. The ideal candidate will be self-motivating and self-managing, highly focused on teamwork, and possess high standards of personal integrity and professionalism. They will also need to be able to organise and communicate effectively with various individuals and groups.
