Role Description

This is a Contractor Project Manager role with the aim of transitioning to full-time employment for the right candidate. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading our current team of motivated apprentices, expediting projects, coordinating inspections, managing logistics, and overseeing project completion.

This role regularly involves shorter installation projects at different locations and would be perfect for an experienced builder looking for a change from the usual routine of a construction site.

Qualifications

  1. LBP or Qualified Builder (Minimum Level 4)
  2. Project Management expertise
  3. Experience in Inspections and Logistics Management
  4. Strong organizational and communication skills
  5. Ability to work independently and in a team
  6. Knowledge of construction industry practices
