We are seeking a qualified Support Care Specialist to join our Flexi services in Palmerston North. As a Support Care Specialist, you will work alongside individual disabled people, providing personalized support to help them achieve their goals and aspirations. Your role will involve supporting clients in various settings, including their homes, communities, and social environments.

Responsibilities
As a Support Care Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing emotional support and encouragement to clients
  • Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as personal care and household chores

Required Skills and Qualifications
