We are seeking a high-quality Senior Solicitor or Senior Associate Banking & Finance lawyer to join our Auckland-based team. While some experience in the New Zealand market is preferred, we welcome solicitors qualified in other common-law jurisdictions, particularly Australia, England & Wales, Ireland, Scotland, and Canada.

To be considered, you will need:

  • Qualified as a solicitor in a common law jurisdiction
  • Gained at least 4-10 years' experience in Banking & Finance law in private practice, in-house, or a combination
  • First-rate drafting skills
  • Commerciality and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • An interest in mentoring junior lawyers
