About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Primary Special Educational Needs (SEN) teacher to join our inclusive community at Dover Court International School. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge and understanding of inclusive practices that support neurodiverse learners.

The ideal candidate will be confident in taking responsibility for a class of 8 to 10 students who require a higher level of adaptation to facilitate their learning. They will work closely with a dedicated team of teachers and therapists to develop and adapt pedagogical approaches, including whole class therapy lessons, that support our diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver personalized curriculum for each child in your class that covers both academic and life skills aspects of learning;
  • Create a safe and positive learning environment through mutual respect, contributing to a collective sense of belonging;
  • Design personalized learning activities that are aligned to our school's curriculum and promote our school values;
  • Promote high expectations for our students and advocate for inclusion and neurodiversity across the school;
