**ROLE SUMMARY**:
- Based in beautiful Queenstown we have two early learning centres designed and purpose built to provide beautiful indoor and outdoor areas, with numerous resources available for children as they explore and investigate the world around them. As part of the broader inspired group of over 100 schools internationally, Zig Zag Zoo is a Reggio and RIE inspired centre offering a great environment for children and Teachers alike.-
- Close to ski-resorts and picturesque scenery Queenstown offers a lifestyle and a range of outdoor activities that are second to none. We are seeking an Uncertified Teacher for our RIE influenced infant classroom. You will need to be calm, respectful, motivated, passionate and be able to work as part of the team. The Centre is well resourced and you will be provided with non-contact time and professional development as required. You will be teaching in a lovely environment and with an amazing team of teachers.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Teach early childhood learning, ensuring you create an engaging learning environment.
- Cater to the varied learning needs and abilities of the children.
- Develop excellent relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
- Play based learning environment with a focus on transition to school.
- Participate in wider school activities.
- Ensure children's welfare and safety in every moment.
**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:
- Experienced in Earliy Learning, or training to become certified or qualified in early childhood teaching overseas and seeking to work in NZ.
- Well-prepared, inspiring confidence in children and parents.
- Flexible, committed, professional, hard working, team player.
