You will provide outstanding client service to our community and facilitate an excellent client journey while being responsible for the efficient administrative running of the clinic.
- Clinic operations: Take charge of managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Reception duties: Be the welcoming face of our clinics, handling all reception responsibilities.
- Diary management: Efficiently manage the clinic diary to ensure smooth scheduling and operations.
- Administrative tasks: Process insurance applications, government subsidies, and ACC claims.
- Data management: Run daily reports through our CRM system to keep everything on track.
- Technical skills: Full training is provided to perform in-house hearing aid repairs and be technical support in the clinic to remote Audiologists who provide consultations via video technology.
You have a genuine desire to help people, offering exceptional service and care to every client. You are eager to develop your knowledge in Audiology, with the potential to train as a Tele Assistant. You are confident in working autonomously and thrive in a team environment, adapting easily to different clinic settings and team dynamics.
