About the Role

This varied role offers you the perfect opportunity to utilise and develop your skills in the Hearing Care industry. You will provide outstanding client service to our community and facilitate an excellent client journey while being responsible for the efficient administrative running of the clinic.

  • Clinic operations: Take charge of managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
  • Reception duties: Be the welcoming face of our clinics, handling all reception responsibilities.
  • Diary management: Efficiently manage the clinic diary to ensure smooth scheduling and operations.
  • Administrative tasks: Process insurance applications, government subsidies, and ACC claims.
  • Data management: Run daily reports through our CRM system to keep everything on track.
  • Technical skills: Full training is provided to perform in-house hearing aid repairs and be technical support in the clinic to remote Audiologists who provide consultations via video technology.
About You

You have a genuine desire to help people, offering exceptional service and care to every client. You are eager to develop your knowledge in Audiology, with the potential to train as a Tele Assistant. You are confident in working autonomously and thrive in a team environment, adapting easily to different clinic settings and team dynamics.
