Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Advanced Support Worker to join our team at a brand new service in Culcheth, Warrington. As an Advanced Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work closely with individuals who require support with daily living tasks, enabling them to live independently and fulfill their potential.
Key Responsibilities- Providing person-centered support to individuals with mental health needs, autism, learning disabilities, and complex care requirements.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support, adhering to the principles of 'Your Life, Your Choice' and 'Best Lives Possible.'
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with individuals, families, and professionals, promoting effective communication and partnership working.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A Level 3 qualification in Social Care or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience in mental health, autism, learning disabilities, and complex care settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- A commitment to delivering person-centered care and supporting individuals to achieve their goals.
- An understanding of the importance of empowerment, autonomy, and self-determination in care practice.
