The Role
We are seeking a passionate Industry Driver for the Corporates and Financial Services sector. This role involves developing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and supporting our firm's success. You will collaborate with the National Industry Lead to execute strategic plans and achieve goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Leading client relationship management, business development, and sales origination activities.
- Identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement industry strategies and plans.
- Maintaining a high-profile presence in the NZ market through speaking engagements and industry events.
- Leveraging KPMG's global thought leadership to enhance our brand, reputation, and business contribution.
- Developing and managing staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A tertiary qualification and 8+ years of experience in professional services.
- Demonstrated expertise in the Corporates and Financial Services sector.
- A proven track record of building strong client relationships and delivering business results.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- The ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking and a focus on achieving business objectives.
