Job Description

As an IT Engineer at Taupo, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our clients' IT systems. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of technical services.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support to clients, both remotely and on-site.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructure.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions.
Requirements
  • Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and security protocols.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, MCSA are highly valued but not necessary.
