**Job Overview:**

We are looking for an experienced childcare manager to join our team at Kindred Nurseries. As a nursery manager, you will be responsible for leading our early years setting and ensuring high standards of care and education.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Area Manager to create a shared vision for the setting and maintain an organised and stimulating nursery environment. They will also oversee the induction of new team members and manage the team effectively.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Hold a full and relevant Early Years Level 3 Childcare Qualification or higher
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS guidelines
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in leading and managing a team
  • Possess excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Have strong written and verbal communication abilities
