**Job Description**

The Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing invoices and monitoring outstanding balances to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Handling end-to-end payroll processing, including timesheets, salary disbursements, and maintaining compliance with tax regulations.
  • Providing end-of-month reporting for sales, management, and accountants.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring IRD compliance and managing accounts payable/receivable.
  • Maintaining SharePoint and other administrative systems.
  • Managing mail and office supplies.
  • Providing reception and phone backup support.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MYOB or similar software.
