**About the Role**

The Senior Advisor, Learning Design will play a key part in shaping the future of education in New Zealand. As a member of the Te Poutahu team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality teaching and curriculum products and services that reflect the unique needs of our students.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the early learning and schooling education system, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and senior leadership to deliver project outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop quality teaching and curriculum products and services that meet international best practice standards.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure that products and services are informed by research and evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with the Learning Design team to map teaching to national curricula and maximise learning for all students.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with diverse groups to achieve shared outcomes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have generalist curriculum knowledge, with a strength in one or other of te reo matatini or pangarau being an advantage. You will also need to have the ability to build dynamic and conducive relationships and partnerships with diverse groups to achieve shared outcomes.
