The Role of LNI Network ManagerThis is a senior leadership position that plays a vital role in ensuring our supply chain operates efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities- Ensure the safety and operational efficiency of our despatch teams, Depot sites and managed carriers.
- Oversee the management of key J2Z metrics - DOT, CPC, Utilisation, Microlise Compliance, POD Compliance and ULD Recovery.
- Regularly review and assess the performance of our LNI SC Network, including linehaul/PF/secondary/DC vs. Depot components.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve our logistics operations, including modelling future logistics requirements with SOS changes and reviewing commodity utilisation.
- Regularly review master schedule/delivery windows to ensure DOT can be met, safely and efficiently.
- Analyse and recommend network changes to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Lead a team of 80 dedicated professionals and five direct reports, promoting a culture of high engagement and collaboration.
