As an Authority Member, you will play a critical role in promoting good faith in employment relationships, resolving employment relationship problems, and enforcing minimum employment standards.

We are seeking experienced professionals who can demonstrate expertise in employment law, mediation, and conflict resolution. A Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree or equivalent qualification is required, and experience in arbitration, tribunal adjudicative, or dispute resolution would be highly beneficial.

In this position, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify issues, gather evidence, and develop effective solutions to employment-related problems.
