Job Description:
The Principal Contracts & Construction Specialist will be responsible for leading complex water infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, safely, and within budget. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to train and mentor others.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Project review and contract administration
- Process efficiency and staff development
- High-risk procurement leadership and contract administration
- Team contribution and constructability input

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or construction-related field
- Chartered Engineer or equivalent in Project Management
- Minimum 10-15 years' experience in managing 3-waters construction projects
