Job Overview

This role is perfect for someone who is kind, understanding, and has a desire to support our rangitahi/young people to learn new skills and achieve outcomes. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support services to families in Matamata, including grocery shopping, meal planning, preparation, and cooking, laundry, light cleaning, and household support.

Key Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with young people/rangitahi.
  • Full driver's license and owning your own vehicle is essential.
  • A desire to support people to learn new skills and achieve outcomes.
  • Someone who has the initiative to push people for their goals, is energetic, outgoing, and can think outside the box.
