**Job Overview**

We are seeking a Senior Customer Experience Representative to join our team and support the Team Leader in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk, merchandise sales, and customer service functions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide leadership within the Customer Experience team, ensuring high-quality service at all times.
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, offering friendly and professional assistance.
  • Manage reception operations, facility bookings, and merchandise sales.
  • Support cash handling, banking, and financial reporting duties.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception and shop area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data collection, reporting, and inventory management.

**Qualifications and Skills**

  • Previous experience in a customer service, reception, or retail environment (3+ years preferred).
  • Experience handling cash and using basic computer systems.
  • A positive and friendly attitude with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, resolve customer inquiries efficiently, and demonstrate resilience in handling challenging interactions.
  • Adaptability, professionalism, and a collaborative approach to work.
