We're seeking a Service Person Driver who will be the critical link between our branch, customers, and their projects. As the face of our company, you'll provide expert advice, pickups, deliveries, and ensure our equipment is ready for hire.

This role requires:

  • Instructing and demonstrating to customers on how to safely use our equipment
  • Performing pickup and delivery of equipment from customer sites, including safely loading and unloading equipment
  • Providing exceptional customer service in all interactions
  • Maintaining high standards of equipment quality through regular servicing and minor repairs
  • Cleaning of branch facilities and maintenance of equipment as required
  • Performing equipment 'check in' and 'check out' inspections

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A valid driver's license
  • The ability to work Monday to Friday, 40 hours rostered full-time
  • A level of physical fitness and the ability to pass a drug test
  • Proactivity and a willingness to learn new skills
  • An interest in machinery and equipment (training provided)
  • A positive attitude and team player mindset
