About the Role
The Pricing and Estimating Coordinator will be responsible for helping our pricing and estimating team based in East Tamaki.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating the latest information on building plans into our estimating management system.
- Requesting pricing from suppliers for non-standard stock items.
- Coordinating information from quantity surveyors and estimating teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Strong administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to learn about the building trade and how plans are interpreted.
