Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Support Specialist to join our team in New Zealand. As an integral part of our Accounting Team, you will be responsible for performing various accounting functions, including coordinating and preparing financial reports, analyzing data, and providing support to the finance team.

About the Role

  • ">
  • You will work closely with our Accounting and Finance Team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, cashbook transactions, and accounts receivable management.">
  • You will be responsible for preparing compliance audit reports, GST and FBT returns, and other financial documents.">
  • You will provide support during absence of Accounting Team members, including month close support, balance sheet reconciliations, and JD Net account reconciliations.">
  • You will be involved in project work to drive process efficiencies and automation of system tasks.">
  • You will complete daily/monthly cashbook duties, including bank reconciliations, supplier payments, and Deere Netting.">
  • You will be responsible for accounts receivable, including debtors reconciliations, payment offsets, credit control, and intercompany confirmations.">
  • You will assist with functional area audit compliance testing as required.">
