About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Te Ngako Adult Community Mental Health & Addictions Service in Rotorua. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a passionate team of clinicians and administrators, providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our service.

About the Team/Service Location

The Te Ngako Adult Community Mental Health and Addictions Service is a dynamic hub of activity, serving five specialty teams on site. Our team is committed to providing high-quality care to our clients, and we are seeking someone who shares our values and passion for delivering exceptional service.

About You

We are looking for someone who is friendly, approachable, and able to make our clients and visitors feel at ease. You will have experience in the administrative field, preferably in the health sector, and be proficient in Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

What We Offer

Tewhatu Ora Lakes offers a competitive salary range of $72,035 to $79,753, pro-rated to hours worked. We also offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a comprehensive wellbeing program.
