Job Summary
A highly skilled and experienced administrative professional is sought to provide exceptional support to the Group Manager of the Courts and Tribunals Regional Service Delivery. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating the administrative activities of the Group and the Group Manager's Office.
About the Role
This office-based role involves providing senior-level administrative support, including preparing for meetings, arranging travel, developing presentations, and responding to confidential correspondence. You will work closely with executives and senior leadership teams across the Ministry, requiring professionalism, maturity, and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare for senior-level meetings by gathering, collating, and distributing materials
* Arrange travel and accommodation for executives and other stakeholders
* Develop and organize presentations and associated materials
* Respond to sensitive or confidential correspondence
* Establish and maintain an appropriate information management system
* Liaise with executives and senior leadership teams across the Ministry
Requirements
* Extensive experience providing executive-level support in large, complex organizations
* Proficiency with a wide range of computer-based secretarial, administrative, and presentation applications
* Effective communication skills in individual and group settings
* Knowledge of the public sector and the machinery of government would be advantageous
