Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our security team as a Security Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients, visitors, and staff at Waitemata District Health Board.

In this role, you will be responsible for operational management of the hospital security service, working closely with the Security & Orderly Manager to lead the Security workforce.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading and managing the Security workforce to ensure a smooth-running service
  2. Developing and implementing effective security strategies to minimize risk
  3. Maintaining strong relationships with other hospital departments to ensure collaborative working practices
  4. Providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
