The Role

We are seeking a Psychiatrist with experience in General Adult in a Community setting to join our passionate team dedicated to putting people first, integrating Te Ao Maori into every day practice, leading with kindness and achieving excellence.

About the Job
  • A broad range of general psychiatric skills with specific experience in Community Adult Mental Health Hold or be eligible for Vocational Registration with Medical Council of NZ
  • Enjoy teaching – Rotorua is a teaching hospital with 4th, 5th and 6th year medical students as well as registrars training for fellowship with the RANZCP
  • Busy role with a broad variety of general psychiatry Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth.
