Our company, Awf New Zealand, specializes in designing and manufacturing innovative wind machines to combat frost in the agricultural and horticulture sectors. We are seeking a skilled assembler to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, with experience in assembling mobile fan units. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday 7.00am to 4.00pm.
Main duties include:
- Assembling mobile fan units using pre-assembled parts
- Maintaining a methodical approach to ensure efficient workflow
- Building, testing, and partially disassembling units for shipping
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A strong mechanical aptitude and experience
- Able to follow workflows and processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
