About The Role
  1. Equipment Maintenance and repair to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  2. Assist in the day-to-day running of Plant Equipment to maintain smooth operations.
  3. Diagnostics and fault finding to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
  4. Adhere to OHS guidelines at all times to guarantee a safe working environment.
  5. Identify potential problems or efficiency improvements to processes and communicate them to internal management.
About You
  • Prior experience in maintenance fitting in waste management, recycling, or MRF operations is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade is desirable but not essential.
  • You prioritize safety above all else.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with colleagues.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and environmental regulations is necessary.
  • A good understanding of MRF equipment and ability to troubleshoot are crucial.
  • Commitment to safe and quality work practices is expected.
