Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to join our Auckland team. As a key member of our team, you will support the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and project outcomes by coordinating and executing projects while building positive client relationships within the New Zealand market.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the wider team in delivering high-quality projects that meet client expectations
  • Bilateral engagement with clients to ensure consistent delivery of great customer experiences
  • Contribute to Fingermark's overall growth and success by driving business outcomes and exceeding customer expectations
  • Develop strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Your Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of restaurant operations, preferably in a quick service environment. You must be excited about technology and data, with a solid grasp of AI concepts, including generative AI, deep learning, and machine learning. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
