Black Pen Recruitment is looking for a Senior Technical Architect for Microsoft CRM to join our team. This role requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality solutions using Dynamics CRM.
Main Responsibilities:
- To work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver best-in-class solutions using Dynamics CRM.
- To collaborate with consulting teams to arrive at the best solution, providing a sustainable and scalable solution architecture and application to meet client needs.
- To lead the delivery of high-quality solutions, ensuring that all software applications are implemented successfully according to the SLA.
Requirements:
- A University graduate with a relevant degree in computing or a business discipline.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications (2016, D365) and Power Platform certifications are desirable.
- Strong technical and functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform stack covering a wide range of industries and sectors.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant end-to-end implementation experience in Dynamics CRM configuration, customization, standard or customized workflows, dashboards, forms, views, integration, custom plugin development, report development.
