Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team in Rotorua or Taupō. This is a busy role with a broad variety of Child and Adolescent psychiatry, offering opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide comprehensive psychiatric services to children and adolescents, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.">
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care for patients.">
  • To participate in teaching and training activities, contributing to the development of junior medical staff.">

Requirements

">

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated psychiatrist with:">

Experience in Child and Adolescent psychiatry, preferably with Vocational Registration as a Child Psychiatrist with the Medical Council of NZ.">Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.">A passion for teaching and mentoring junior medical staff.">">
