Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of effective HR processes and systems
  • Coordinate employee onboarding procedures, including employment agreements and induction processes
  • Manage job openings across multiple platforms and facilitate recruitment efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with New Zealand employment legislation, Health & Safety regulations, and immigration laws
  • Arrange staff accommodations and oversee tenancy agreements
  • Maintain accurate personnel records, staff databases, and HR information systems
  • Promote and support company health and safety programs, as well as wellbeing initiatives
  • Collate payroll data for the Payroll Team
