As a Principal Process Engineer, you will be responsible for leading our wastewater process team and providing consultancy and engineering services to public and private clients across New Zealand and the wider ANZ region. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing process designs for water treatment plants.
  • Leading the wastewater process team and providing guidance to more junior staff.
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A qualified Process Engineer with professional recognition.
  • At least 18 years of experience in relevant project design work.
  • Technical leadership experience.
  • Consistently delivering high-quality designs and implementing rigorous review processes.
  • Strong communication, team leadership and staff mentoring skills.
