Role Summary
This Administrative Support Specialist role is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the project management team, ensuring smooth operations and accurate record-keeping. Key responsibilities include processing subcontractor claims, retentions, and reconciliation, as well as handling contracting/customer invoicing. Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for processing weekly timesheets, reconciling subcontractor payment claims, and coordinating data entry of subcontractor orders and payments. You will also assist project managers with setup and budgeting for projects, and ensure company procedures are maintained. Strong administration and data entry skills, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, are essential for success in this role.
