Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • NZ Trade Certificate or equivalent related building industry qualification (or related discipline)
  • At least 5 years of cumulative experience in a building surveying and inspection-related regulatory environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
