As a key member of the life course team, you will be responsible for leading the system and service redesign within your designated area, with a focus on improving Maori health outcomes and eliminating inequities.

The System Design Manager has strong problem-solving and systems thinking skills, including change and influence skills, to drive meaningful change and address key challenges in the healthcare system.

About You
You will lead the design and implementation of care systems within the life course team, ensuring alignment with Te Pae Tata actions, while working collaboratively with system development colleagues to create and implement equitable and efficient healthcare solutions that improve Maori health outcomes.

You will build and maintain authentic, trusting relationships with Maori, senior sector leaders, health providers, clinicians, and the wider community, through these connections, you will help shape system and service design.
