About the Role

As the Curriculum Leader, you will play a vital role in shaping and enhancing our early childhood curriculum. This includes leading and supporting the teaching team in delivering a high-quality curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the teaching team in delivering a high-quality curriculum.
  • Ensure the centre philosophy is upheld and inspire others to do the same.
  • Build strong relationships with children, colleagues, and families.
  • Support documentation and planning, with familiarity in Infocare being an advantage.

About You

You must be a fully trained and registered early childhood educator with a current practising certificate. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also essential.

In addition, you should be able to motivate and inspire others in a positive learning environment.
