  • Outstanding time management and organisational skills
  • Previous leadership experience is a must
  • Familiarity with the New Zealand Teaching Council, ERO, MOE requirements, licensing criteria, and Code of Ethics
  • A comprehensive understanding of how to maintain and grow occupancy levels
  • SMS Discover software skills an advantage
