We're seeking a skilled Senior Property Consultant to join our Wellington office. As a key member of our Property team, you'll be responsible for liaising with stakeholders, delivering property projects, and managing programs of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality property projects and manage programs of work
  • Work closely with clients to assist project delivery
  • Partner with the Property team, Planners, Ecologists, Landscape Architects, and others across New Zealand
  • Deliver exceptional outcomes for clients with a focus on quality
  • Undertake site visits, including remote areas
  • Prepare fee proposals and high-quality reports

Requirements:

  • Understanding of the Property market and industry relationships
  • General property experience, including valuation, project management, legal advisory, or general property advisory
  • Site acquisition experience, preferably in Telecommunications or Renewable Energy sectors
  • LINZ accreditation is highly regarded
  • Wide range of practical experience and ability to think independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate to people from all walks of life
