The successful candidate will be responsible for providing consultant services to individuals in need of specialist care, interacting with other departments, and mentoring junior medical staff. They will also participate in an on-call roster and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred care.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to interact with a diverse range of people, and have a focus on achieving results. They will also strive to improve service development and delivery, engaging with other providers, consumers, and health organisations to enhance the quality and responsiveness of services.
