As an Inventory & Inbound Team Leader, you'll lead a team of dedicated Inventory & Inbound Operators, ensuring the smooth running of inventory and inbound operations. This includes:

  • Leading all aspects of inventory and inbound operations during shifts, including planning, coordination, and continuous improvement.">
  • Driving a high-performing and engaged team culture through coaching, regular team meetings, and one-on-ones.">
  • Managing claims, credits, and inbound order processes for efficient and accurate inventory management.">
  • Owning all aspects of stocktake and stock audits, inbound order reconciliations, and supplier slotting optimisation.">
