About the Role
As a seasoned inventory professional, you will take ownership of our inventory operations and ensure optimal stock control across the business. Reporting to our CEO, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our inventory, focusing on minimizing stock loss, improving planning accuracy, and driving data-informed decision-making across our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement robust inventory control measures to reduce stock losses and write-offs.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, determine root causes, and implement long-term corrective actions.
  • Deliver fortnightly inventory reports, including clear commentary on variances, write-offs, and slow-moving SKUs.
  • Work closely with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to align inventory levels with demand forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain inventory planning systems and SOPs that support operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in stock management practices.
  • Collaborate with our USA Branch to ensure stock levels are maintained in America.

About You
You are a proactive problem-solver with excellent analytical skills and a hands-on approach. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple moving parts with ease. Confident working independently, yet skilled at collaborating across teams. Tech-savvy, with experience using inventory management software.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in stock control, inventory planning, or supply chain roles. Demonstrated experience reducing stock discrepancies and improving inventory accuracy. Strong reporting skills – you can extract meaning from the numbers and clearly communicate insights.
