We are seeking a highly skilled Multichannel Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Direct Sales Channel Manager and wider team, you will play an integral role in achieving strategic plans, maximizing savings, and reducing costs.
You will provide excellence in service and deliver process improvement by supporting the Telemarketing team. Additionally, you will administer the multi-channel segment and support the Telemarketing Team by providing targeted multi-channel customer lists to the Lead Qualifiers.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist Telemarketing Manager and Marketing Department to evaluate performance of lead sources and execute strategies to identify new leads for Field and Telesales teams.
- Analyse and forecast call flows, monitoring calls to the sales queue.
- Build and distribute regular reporting as well as reviewing industry reports and market trends.
- Actively seek out process improvement activities to further increase efficiency, productivity, and revenue.
