Financial Crime Prevention Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Risk Manager to join our Financial Crime department at SkyCity. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Senior Manager Strategy and Programmes in monitoring adherence to financial crime compliance programmes.
Main Responsibilities:- Assess and mitigate financial crime risks, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies, promoting a culture of compliance within the organisation.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on financial crime-related matters, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Cultivate strong relationships with the business and the financial crime team, fostering open communication and cooperation.
- Proven experience in AML/CFT, with a deep understanding of financial crime legislation and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and build trusting relationships.
