We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Cancer Specialist to join our team in the Lakes district. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced oncologist to provide specialist care across various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and day patient services.
- **Eligibility Criteria**: Must be recognised for specialist registration with the New Zealand Medical Council and hold a valid Annual Practising Certificate
- Must be able to work under pressure and prioritise a heavy clinical workload
- Must have excellent written and communication skills
- Must demonstrate a team approach to work and a collaborative working relationship with management
The successful candidate will be part of a supportive team that includes oncologists, registrars, and cancer nurse specialists. You will also have access to annual continuing medical education funding and the opportunity to contribute to the development of our oncology services.
