About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pool Lifeguard at Lloyd Elsmore Park Pool and Leisure Centre. As a Pool Lifuard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our customers and staff while maintaining a clean and enjoyable environment.

Duties and Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing proactive supervision, educating and enforcing pool rules, responding to First Aid emergencies, and maintaining the cleanliness of the pool and surrounding areas. They will also be required to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a current Pool Lifeguard Practising Certificate (PLPC) and a First Aid certificate. You should also be a strong swimmer with excellent communication and administration skills.
