About the Role:
We are looking for strong swimmers who are passionate about helping others. As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for providing proactive supervision and positive interaction with customers, educating and enforcing pool rules, responding to First Aid emergencies, and maintaining the cleanliness of our pools and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe environment through proactive supervision and positive interaction with customers
- Educate and enforce pool rules
- Respond to any First Aid emergencies
- Maintain the cleanliness of our pools and surrounding areas
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have flexibility to work across a variety of shifts Monday – Sunday, including early morning, late night, and weekend shifts. You must also be able to swim 200m in under 6 minutes, swim 25m sidestroke, swim 50m breaststroke, retrieve an object from the bottom of the pool, and tread water for 5 minutes.
