The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our business within key accounts, developing commercial plans, and identifying effective sales strategies to drive growth. They will also be required to manage clearance retailers, develop positive retailer relationships, and work collaboratively across all brands and business functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing commercial plans to achieve key financial metrics
  • Managing the Revolution business within key accounts, including Priceline AU and Chemist Warehouse NZ
  • Identifying effective sales strategies and tactics to drive retail growth and market share
  • Developing positive retailer relationships and working collaboratively across all brands and business functions

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years NAM/SAM experience, demonstrate leadership and management skills aligned to Revolution values, and possess excellent influencing and negotiating skills.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Minimum 3 years NAM/SAM experience
  • Demonstrate Leadership and management aligned to Revolution values
  • An experienced Sales Leader up to date with industry best practices and standards
  • Proven relationship building skills with the ability to build and maintain rapport at multiple different levels
  • Great influencing and negotiating skills
