As a Sales Strategy Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our sales strategy to make us the top choice for work-based learning. You will work closely with our senior management team to develop growth strategies, identify new markets, and spot opportunities to expand our reach.

This is an excellent chance to use your B2B sales experience and expertise to drive revenue growth and manage key accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Helping develop growth strategies and identifying new markets
  • Generating fresh sales leads through prospecting and nurturing relationships with existing customers
  • Staying on top of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions
  • Forming strategic alliances and partnerships with key industry partners
  • Overseeing existing accounts to ensure exceptional service and identifying new opportunities for growth

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-5 years BDM and Account Management experience in New Zealand
  • A track record of success in driving revenue and managing key accounts within a B2B space
  • Experience working in Sales within the Education or Healthcare sectors
  • Valid NZ Full Licence and ability to travel across NZ as required
  • Strong negotiation skills and analytical skills with expertise in using CRM software
